Now this is artistic! On the last roundabout before the Excel Centre is a dome-shaped structure with yellow girders (apologies to the designer, I couldn't think of any better word for them!) with standard road lamps fitted to them! Very contemporary and original indeed! View looking northwest from the roundabout, but I'm unsure of the exact location.
