This 1905 building has re-opened as a library, having been (reluctantly) abandoned by Hull City Council. It now functions as a Local History and Family History Library, and houses the Bindery, and Hull Chess Club. See http://www.carnegiehull.co.uk/ for more information including details of courses and talks.
