This fine building is the headquarters of the famous Robertson Research, now Fugro Robertson Ltd. The building was originally a minor country house before its purchase with the estate by the Birmingham Hospitals Saturday Fund in 1892 for use as a convalescent home. It was extended considerably until 1927. During World War II the building was used as accommodation for workers on the secret Mulberry Harbours nearby Image In 1970 the property was sold to the nascent Robertson Research and the home farm leased out.
