Windgather Rocks are popular with climbers. On this day a 19 year old male leading a route had fallen around 6 metres, sustaining a fractured tibia. Members of Buxton Mountain Rescue Team and the fire service attended the incident, along with paramedics and the Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Rutland Air Ambulance.
