This seat was presented by The Worshipful the Mayor Councillor John W. Kimber J.P. in memory of Catherine Charlotte Kimber Mayoress of Southgate, 1951. Image] At this time, Southgate was a separate borough, before it was swallowed up to become part of the London Borough of Enfield. The south wall of St Andrew's Church is behind the seat, with St Andrew's Church Hall just past the wheelie bins.
