It formerly it was the County Library and there is still a plaque at the top of the gable saying "County Library", see Image] It is now the property of the Sperrin Lakeland Trust and was used as an emergency weekend doctors base. As far as I know these services are now housed in the Tyrone County Hospital Complex. As fas as I am aware, it was only given the title of Lissan House for a short period of time, it is now a solicitors office Image]
