PARLIAMENTARY EARLY DAY MOTION
INTRODUCTION OF DENTAL CHARGES (10 February 1993)
Motion Details
That this House calls on the Government to immediately reject the proposal contained in the Bloomfield Report to start charging pregnant women and nursing mothers for dental treatment by removing their current exemption from charges; and believes that the Government should make a clear statement to this House that it has no intention of removing any exemptions for NHS services currently enjoyed by patients.
