PARLIAMENTARY EARLY DAY MOTION
HEAD ON BEER (26 March 1993)
Motion Details
leave out from 'beer' to end and add 'notes that it will still be possible for beer to be served with a head of foam, but that customers will also get what they ask and pay for, namely a pint of beer, because Section 43 will result in beer being served in glasses with room for a pint of beer and a head of foam; and urges the Department of Trade and Industry to bring forward the date of implementation of this section of the Weights and Measures Act 1985'.
