Model Byelaws for Amusement Premises (Home Office Circular No. 78/ 1989) (8 February 1990)

Motion Details

That this House expresses its concern about the absence within the recently issued model byelaws for amusement premises of any powers for local authorities to restrict and impose any age limit upon persons entering such premises, thus restricting any orders for the exclusion of minors; and calls on Her Majesty's Government to act immediately to rectify the situation.
