Voe: millennium milepost
This milepost stands by the road access to the harbour and is one of a thousand similar mileposts erected in the year 2000 on the National Cycle Network. This one has distances to Bixter (11 miles), Yell (10) and Unst (27), Laxo (3) and two routes to Lerwick (23 and 28 miles).

Voe: monument in the form of a fish
I must admit I did not see (or possibly cannot remember) what this monument commemomorates but it is connected with the fishing industry, of obvious importance in this small harbour at the head of Olna Firth, along which we look in the background.
