The Newbridge Mini Library
This box holds a rare selection of (roughly) a dozen books for free loan, including a guide to Buddhist Christianity and something a little racier from Joan Collins. All rather eclectic.

Housing in Tettenhall Road, Wolverhampton
Tettenhall Road is the A41 road to Newport, Whitchurch and Chester. As Wolverhampton spread along this road in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, most of the dwellings were built for the more affluent members of society. The current satellite image shows that the nearer of these two blocks have had the back gardens stripped out and levelled, presumably for car parking, so maybe these have now been converted into flats.

Tettenhall Road is the A41 road to Newport, Whitchurch and Chester. As Wolverhampton spread along this road in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, most of the dwellings were built for the more affluent members of society. Many of the grander premises are now divided into flats, or occupied by small businesses or professional practices, though here near Balfour Crescent (to the right), most seem still to be residential.
