Kings Langley: Barnes Farm Triangulation Pillar
The OSGB36 co-ordinates of this trig as published by the Ordnance Survey are Easting 506444.750, Northing 203461.125. It is in private farmland off Barnes Lane from where this image was taken. It has fine lines of sight to the east over the valley of the River Gade.

Kings Langley: Barnes Farm buttercups
In late May this meadow off Barnes Lane had a most magnificent display of buttercups on view. A public footpath to Rucklers Lane passes down the left side of the field.
