Chicane
Warrington Road from Manor Park Industrial estate used to lead past this cottage. The road has now been diverted to carry heavy traffic through the new estate expansion, no doubt to the relief of the occupants of the cottage. A narrow chicane at the end of the lane allows for the passage of two-wheeled traffic.
