Grade II listed, probably late 17th-century farmhouse in the old part of Overton, near the parish church.

St Laurence's Church, Overton, Frodsham
Dates from around 1180. Built from local red sandstone. Chancel lengthened in 14th Century and the tower built. In 15th century the chancel was again lengthened and also increased in height. In the 16th Century the north and south chapels were added.
