"ASDA stands for Associated Dairies. The company was founded in 1949 when the supermarket-owning Asquith family merged with the Associated Dairies company of Yorkshire."

Road works on North Hyde Road, Hayes
They are building a new development here on the right which has caused two major roads to be closed in one direction, the route north has no diversion signs and if anyone ends up on Station Road (it's the only alternative) then turn left as it's now a dead end.
