Looking down Higher Woodway Road
From near the junction with Higher Holcombe Road, top end. Silhouetted against the sea are big old conifers near the junction with New Road, planted in the 19th century - Austrian Pine, Monterey Cypress and Holm Oak. Woodway Road and Higher Woodway Road go steeply uphill for over two kilometres - par for the course in Teignmouth.
