Hart's-Tongue Fern near Forge Bridge
On the steep north bank of the Teme, there is one of the largest stands of Hart's-Tongue Fern (Asplenium scolopendrium) that I've ever seen. The environment is perfect. Water from several springs drips down the rocks and the whole bank is under cover of woodland.

The River Teme (Downton)
Here is the River Teme from the public footpath heading west to Downton Castle. This is the seventeenth longest river in the United Kingdom, and the Teme has its source in mid Wales and continues its way to join the River Severn at Powick, Worcestershire (England), eighty-one miles later.
