From the door of the Health Centre
The car park serves not only the village health centre but also the adjacent pharmacy and the Pensioners' Hall, the long single-storey building on the far side. Hence it is often full with no spaces, but not at 07:41 on a Monday morning, waiting for the doors to open at 8.
The little yellow A-boards proclaim 'Caution - Wet Floor' but are there to warn against tripping over a bollard light evidently felled by some poor parking.

Audley Pensioners Hall
In these euphemistic days it is refreshing to see a building of 1979 unashamedly named a Pensioners Hall. Its car park is shared with Image], out of shot to the right. These buildings replaced a nineteenth-century farm and another adjacent house. To the left is St James' Church and churchyard.
