Although the house looks inhabited, the buildings look derelict and disused.

Hordle, Flambards
The outside of the property looks well-maintained, but look to the West - what were presumably once poultry houses appear untended. Some windows open, but no noise or smell.

The post office is in Everton Road, and closed today because it is a bank holiday Monday. The postbox is an unremarkable Elizabeth II-reign specimen, dating from between 1952 and 1989.
