High Level Road, Rochdale
This road appears originally to have been a carriage drive off Oldham Road, crossing the (long since vanished) canal, to reach the station entrance. The western end of it has been repurposed in recent years to carry tram tracks.

Where the tram stop should have been!
Tram tracks on High Level Road, immediately adjacent to Rochdale's railway station. Platform(s) here could have had direct covered access to the station entrance. An opportunity missed.
