Student Tower, King's Cross
This large landmark building by Mansell Construction. Was designed by award-winning Glenn Howells Architects, it will deliver 657 student bedrooms over 27 storeys within a stone-clad structure.
It is part of the King's Cross development which includes Central Saint Martin’s College of Art and Design, (part of the University of Arts London).

Railway bridge over York Way, King's Cross
This large bridge carries the high speed railway link (HS1) between Stratford and St Pancras Station. It also carries the Piccadilly Underground line between Caledonian Road tube station and King's Cross St. Pancras Station.

This large bridge carries the Piccadilly Underground line between Caledonian Road tube station and King's Cross St. Pancras Station. It also carries the high speed railway link (HS1) between Stratford and St Pancras Station.

Going under the bridge are a group of dazed and very tired young people, who have staggered out of a nearby dance club (at 9.45 on a Sunday Morning)!

Skip Garden, King's Cross development site
This community food garden is planted in skips and containers, mainly built by recycling building materials from the development site. The garden is moved to new vacant areas as development proceeds. It was part of Open Garden Squares Weekend.
