One of four blocks of rental apartments comprising the Leodis Square development (the others are Burton House, Calvert House and Daniels House). This is part of what is being called 'Holbeck Urban Village' This block occupies the site of a former iron and steel foundry, showing how land use changes in a city.

Manor Mills, Ingram Street, Leeds
Old maps show this site as being occupied by the Atlas Works. According to Grace's Guide it was a factory making electric motors and dynamos, founded in 1897 and eventually becoming part of the Lucas electrical group. This is part of what is now being called 'Holbeck Urban Village'.
