The third wicket partnership we were witnessing ended in a record 501 stand for Lancashire completed the following day. Number 3, Peterson, reached 286 whilst number 4, Prince, 261. The fourth highest 3rd wicket partnership in First Class cricket and a record for Lancashire.

Taken during the lunch interval of a Specsavers County game between Glamorgan and Lancashire. In the end a bit of a one sided match. Glamorgan managed 257 in their first innings whilst Lancashire hit 545 in their first innings their captain Dane Vilas scoring 266, his current highest score. Glamorgan capitulated in just over two sessions on day 3 scoring 138 in 51.1 overs. Win therefore for Lancashire by an innings and 150 runs.

This was taken mid afternoon when Peterson and Prince batting for Lancashire against Glamorgan were getting into their stride. Their partnership was eventually 501 runs which is the fourth highest 3rd wicket partnership in First Class cricket and a record for Lancashire.
