Located at 15 Junction Road, one of those fast-disappearing main post offices which are in the premises built for them, incorporating the main sorting/delivery office whose vehicular entrance we see to the left.

This postbox is incorporated into the wall of the town's post office - Image - and therefore unsurprisingly has some of the latest collection times in Orkney - 2:45pm on weekdays and 2pm on Saturdays.
