Corner Café, Guildford Street
A town centre street lined with small shops and businesses. There are several cafés, who make the best use of the limited space available on quite a narrow street.
Over the road, the first building is a dentist's.

Chertsey Constitution Hall
Built in 1890 this fine example of an Arts and Crafts building in Guildford Street was used for public meetings for almost 100 years. It is currently owned by an auction company. The building is currently undergoing refurbisment. The building is noteworthy for the terracotta decorations on the facade, reminiscent of the Watts funeral chapel at Compton.

Constitutional Hall, Guildford Street
The Constitutional Hall was built in 1890. It began screening films from 1905. After 1918, it had other uses in the weekdays, and screened films on Saturdays only. During World War II it was used as a school during weekdays, and cinema use continued on Saturdays. The Saturday only cinema use continued until it closed in 1946. In 2000, the firm Wellers Auctioneer’s moved into the building; they vacated it in January 2015: http://cinematreasures.org/theaters/28189 .
