Panorama from Fencepiece Road
While it doesn't look like it from the image, today has been a very bright, clear, sunny day, although it was a little hazy on the horizon. This is a view looking south-southeast down Fencepiece Road towards Barkingside and Fairlop from its junction with Manor Road.

The church is on the B173 Manor Road and was built in 1935 as a mission church. It is one of the churches in the Parish of Chigwell and Chigwell Row.

New apartments are under construction at the junction of Fencepiece Road and Manor Road at the top of this hill on Fencepiece Road. Certainly a stark contrast to the 1950s/60s houses and lamp posts which dominate this street! View taken looking north-northeast up the hill on Fencepiece Road.
