Burslem Avenue, Hainault
Burslem Avenue in Hainault, on the outer fringes of north east London. This road is doubtlessly named after Burslem, one of the towns in the "Potteries" district of North Staffordshire. Adjoining roads are named after neighbouring towns - Newcastle (under Lyme), Longport, Tunstall and Stoke. Long shadows indicate that this image was taken during the early evening.
