West Hill Road, Kirk Ella
Some of the houses on the Beal Homes West Hill residential development off Beverley Road. Building work on the former farmland began in 2016, and comprised 130 mainly detached properties, ranging from three to five bedrooms, priced from £249,995 to £525,000. To be fair, as modern housing estates go, this does seem more attractive and less claustrophobic than most. At least some thought appears to have been given to providing variety in house styles and sizes. A second phase of development is currently extending the site westwards: https://beal-homes.co.uk/development/west-hill-ii/
