"A Grassy Wilderness" information board, Woodbridge Meadows, Guildford
The board explains that in 1607 the area here was known as "The Lees Meadow". The meadow survived various changes and has now been restored. Also gives details of some of the creatures to be found in the meadow.

Fingers crossed and reaching for the sky
Hand sculpture from a tree felled during the renovation of Woodbridge Meadows. Another hand, two feet and a nose and eyebrows are near by although the meadow flowers that were planted have completely hidden the eyebrows. The canal is to the right.
