A state-of-the-art venue, opened 2011. With seminar rooms, café and a 1,000 seated or 1,700 standing and seated capacity auditorium providing top class entertainment, this new building provides facilities for local people, businesses and visitors. It has been built on the site of the Civic Hall.

The former Civic Hall is long gone and the new G-Live will soon be open in its place. The G stands for Guildford and the name was chosen on the coat tails of similar modern names like O2. Some people were glad that it wasn't named the G-Spot!
