The Banking Sector, Newent
An 18th century group in Broad Street which includes the town's 2 banks. Lloyds Bank in the centre is a superb Georgian town house with a full range of classical motifs. The Roman Doric porch, the Venetian window above and the Diocletian window in the pediment make this arguably the finest house in town.

Yuletide view of the Red Lion, Newent
Viewed on December 28th 2015 when there is a depiction of a candle and holly on the pub's Market Square wall and a decorated small Christmas tree projecting from the first floor wall on the Broad Street side.
The early 19th century building was Grade II listed in 1954.
