Railway locomotive repair works, "The Flour Mill".
This is the first glimpse of the works along the access road. The jib is on a large Rapier steam breakdown crane. It is possible to circumnavigate the works on the various paths and tracks around here.

The Flour Mill - a steam restoration business - held an open day to celebrate its 20th anniversary. Seen on site are a Ransomes & Rapier crane, various locomotive components, Kerr Stuart 0-4-0WT No. 3063 in the shed, and (extreme right) ex-Great Western 2-8-0T No. 4247.

Former Flour Mill Colliery, Bream
Now home to a lubricating oil company (building closest) and a well known steam locomotive repair company. The jib of a large Ransomes & Rapier steam breakdown crane is visible.

This well hidden site contains listed buildings from a former colliery and now houses a well-renowned railway locomotive repair shop and a firm selling lubricating oil. The locomotive repair business does not advertise itself on the access road and casual visitors are not welcome.
