Celtic Park from Queens Park
Celtic Park (more commonly known as Parkhead), in the heart of Glasgow's east end, is the home of Celtic FC. It is the biggest football stadium* in Scotland, with a 60,832 capacity. Old Trafford (75,000) is the only bigger football club stadium in Britain.
* Murrayfield rugby stadium in Edinburgh has a 67,800 capacity.

Front view of the new Victoria Hospital
Building work on the new Victoria Hospital officially got underway in November 2006. The £100m state-of-the-art new Victoria will be one of the largest hospitals in Scotland and is expected to treat around 400,000 patients each year when/if it opens in 2009.
