Old and New, East Beach, Lytham
Old being the Office Block at the front ... part of the Land Registry complex, but due to close soon. New being the apartment block in the rear ... part of a big complex of apartments and housing being built on the site of the former Cooksons Bakery. I wonder if the 'old' will soon become part of the 'new' and be developed, not into offices with jobs, but into more apartments for the 'new money' people to move into. Time will tell! Image
