Former Digby hospital building
The former Digby House (see Image) is now named South Grange, distancing its development into smart flats from its history. The architectural details are at http://www.imagesofengland.org.uk/details/default.aspx?id=420468 - the building dates from 1882-6, and the architect was R Stark Williamson. In the foreground is a children's playground, with colourful waste bin.

Part of the former Digby Hospital
When the building was converted to housing, the clock on this facade was preserved. The land from which this picture was taken is an open space which has been preserved from the intensive development around the hospital site.
