Electric fence across footpath, Honiton Hill
This really isn't good enough. A red electric wire stretches across the line of Honiton Footpath 14 but is hard to make out in the image. It's high enough to be awkward to climb over, but not really high enough to get under with ease. No handy disconnection that I could see.
The footpath, should one be able to continue on it, runs along the foot of the slopes beside the wood on the left; as mentioned in Image, taken at the same point, Honiton Footpath 12 runs diagonally up the hillside from here, but dumps you on the busy A35.

This footpath sign points the way across the field to the road but the route to take is the muddier one alongside the hedge at the bottom.

Honiton Hill
A view from Honiton Footpath 12. Cattle graze in the upper part of the field crossed by the footpath, beyond the rushes. Just above them is the A35, passing High View below trees along Springfield Road on the crest of the greensand scarp.
