Woodham Mortimer Hall
The rear is C15 and the front is C17. It was home to two pioneer obstetricians of French Hugenot descent: Peter Chamberlen 1601-83 who is credited with having invented forceps and Hugh Chamberlen 1630-1720. See blue plaque http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/230499
