Roath House Surgery, Cardiff
Located at 100 Penylan Road, on the corner of Kimberley Road. The surgery is in an extensively modernised early 20th century house. Adaptations include wheelchair access and baby changing facilities.

Development work in Pen-y-Lan
The last plot on the former Roath Docks Branch, next to Pen-y-Lan Road bridge, now appears to be under development. Older photos of the site, soon after it was sold and the land initially cleared are here:

The Tudors, Melrose Avenue, Penylan, Cardiff
Presumably the similarity of these modern houses to buildings from the Tudor period is limited to black stripes on a white background.
The Tudors are at 1-17 Melrose Avenue ; houses 18-43 are Melrose Gardens.

Houses in the area probably date from the Boer War era (c1900), with neighbouring roads named Harrismith, Mafeking and Ladysmith.
