Back of Kingsdown Parade, Bristol
According to maps, that is the name of the street, seen here from its junction with St Matthew's Road and Clevedon Terrace. I think the terrace comprises over 70 properties, some of them listed.

A street with two identities?
Unusual to have a street sign with 'Back of...' in it, but the smaller plate higher up says 'Saville Mews'. The building they are attached to was previously a bakery and then warehouses.

The boarding of windows are not a healthy sign, so the entrance looks more forlorn.
