As the latest apartments are beign fettled for new occupiers, a team of workers get to grips with installing some new water piping. The end wall of the nearest block is now sheer - having the old steps from the back of the shops removed.

The other end of the street is East Street, which is lined with shops. This side has been altered and largely rebuilt - hence the bricked-up windows.

Holy Trinity church, Dean Lane
A striking red brick place of worship in an old industrial area of Bristol, built after WWII. Previously there was a colliery close by, later replaced by smaller light industries such as sawmills.
