Iford: bench with map on Iford Meadows
Iford Meadows is a local nature reserve enclosed by Iford Lane, the River Stour and the railway line. This bench is helpfully inscribed with a map of the Stour Valley Way, showing about 10 miles of the local route – the river and the waymarked path continue right across Dorset to Stourhead, some 40-odd miles northwest of here.
The river can be seen in the background.
