Saint Pauls Gardens
Saint Pauls Gardens off Saint Pauls street Blackburn, the site of the original Saint Pauls Church. I am not sure where the church building stood, the gardens have been formed around the location and some of the paving slabs have inscriptions on them, although I do not know if they are in the original locations or have been moved.

Originally British Telecom Building
This building with the main entrance on Duke street was originally occupied by British Telecom, it was taken over by Blackburn College and until recently was in use mainly for Higher Education. It has recently closed, subjected to a major refurbishment and is now back in use and occupied, although I do not know who by.

College of Technology and Design
The foundation stone of the Technical School building was laid on 9 May 1888 by the Prince and Princess of Wales; the building was completed towards the end of 1894. It is built in the Northern Renaissance style and has a slate roof, an attic, a basement, and two intermediate storeys. Made mainly of red brick and yellow terracotta, it is profusely decorated and features ornate gables, a round arched entrance with angle turrets and balcony above, and a frieze below the top storey with panels depicting art and craft skills. The Technical School is a grade II listed building http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/en-418381-college-of-technology-and-design- Image Image
