Old Milestone by the B3092, Norton Ferris
Carved stone post by the B3092, in parish of KILMINGTON (SALISBURY District), Norton Ferris, by entrance to The Thatches, 100m North of Manor Farm, on West side of road. Frome stone, erected by the Frome turnpike trust in the 19th century.
Inscription reads:-

A standard Elizabeth II-reign lamp box mounted on a metal pole in a lay-by/bus stop on the B3092. It is emptied at noon on weekdays and an hour and a half earlier on Saturdays.
