A modern Church with security in mind, it has no windows. Without the sign (not readable in the photograph) it would be difficult to identify the building as a Church.

Birmingham & Fazeley Canal: Reach near Castle Vale
The incessant roar of traffic on the A38 Kingsbury Road, which is just beyond the hedge on the left side of the canal, is a constant companion along this reach. Minworth Middle Lock is just visible in the distance.

Minworth Middle Lock, Birmingham
Looking north-east towards Fazeley, the Minworth flight of three locks provides a rise (or fall) of 16ft 8in (just over five metres). Shown here is the middle lock. They are quite widely spaced to be considered as a flight. Birmingham and Fazeley Canal.
