23 & 25, Station Road, Erdington
This remarkable pair of 16th or 17th century timber framed cottages survives here in the middle of Erdington, which were adapted as tenements in the early 19th century. The space on the left (where the white van is parked) was originally occupied by a third cottage, part of the frame of which remains tucked against the end gable wall of no 25. They were given a Grade II listing in 1982 http://www.britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101076164-23-and-25-station-road-b23-erdington-ward#.WNtsvW8rKM8
