Whaley Bridge War Memorial

The war memorial, in the form of a Celtic cross, occupies a prominent position in Memorial Park to the south of the town centre. 108 names from the First World War and 38 from the Second appear on the plinth. To the right both the Union and Ukrainian flags fly from the same pole.
