A row of shops on the north side of Stanningley Road, occupying an eclectic set of buildings, so clearly not planned as a shopping parade. As of 2021 it comprises Cuccina (takeaway), UB Studio (hairdresser, formerly EGAS Image), Stanningley Wines (convenience store), We Are Vapes (formerly Daniels Cafe Image), Pure Raw Feeds, Burgerama, FibreMold, Mother India (another takeaway) and Menz (sic) Hair Studio.
