The 2021 Manchester Flower Show took place between 29 May and 6 June. It was the city’s first major event after re-opening in mid-May following the national Coronavirus lockdown. The show featured a city-wide trail of floral displays and green installations. This display in St Ann’s Square was created by the RHS (Royal Horticultural Society), advertising RHS Garden Bridgewater, the society’s fifth public display garden which was opened on 18 May 2021 at nearby Worsley.
