At the time of the photo the pub was closed due to Covid-19 restrictions. This is the former Nelson Inn Image . It was described in a CAMRA guide to Leeds pubs published in 1993 as 'a two-roomed local, an ex-homebrew pub which ceased brewing in 1952 when Samuel Ledgard died' (see tag for more on this person). After closure it became an Indian restaurant Image but had become somewhat derelict, so its revitalisation is welcome.
