George Wilkinson built around 1879. Unnumbered into the 20th century it seems to be previously known as Kilcreggan house for part of the 20th century. On that basis, the directories list; 1896 Alex Smith, 1905-1919 George William Briggs. I can't locate a Smith or Kilcreggan on South Park prior to 1896.
